Super rich life is boring?

 Assalamualaikum w.b.t & hey friends

Recently, I played a game in my phone. Sorry I will not specify what is the name of the game. But, the game actually is the "altered" mode which I downloaded from google and I got tons of money already without even start to play yet. Of course in the normal game mode, every player is supposed to go through the game and collect some coins for upgrade your item.

But, with this "altered" game, I already became super rich or multi-billionaire or I can call it infinite-aire 😜. Pretty good right? When I bought the new item, I will upgrade it to its peak performance without even need to think about the coins. After series of games, I started to feel boring because I don't find any challenge anymore. When I bought new item, I curious about how it works but afterwards I will feel boring and bought another item to explore and this mundane cycle kept repeating until I stop.

From this experience, I start to notice that actually super rich will be a boring life (of course everybody wants to be rich and keep growing rich). But, when we become super rich and our property at infinity level (just to describe about too much of money which we can't even imagine), at one point we will start to feel boring because no more challenge. We don't have the target and the struggle anymore and it will be a downright mundane life (at least for me).

But of course, in my real life, I am struggling with my work to get more pay to continue my live. But, to be super rich until I can get anything I want and my money growing to infinite level, I don't think it is my target.

GST VS SST : Consumer Perspective

 Assalamualaikum and hey friends,

Legends:

*GST = government service tax

*SST = Sales & service tax

It's been a while since my last post. I have commit to myself that I will write an entry by weekly basis but due to hectic life, I have skipped it (this is an excuse to make me feel better so that I won't feel inferior and disappointed over myself for not obeying my own habit. But, there is no busy excuse or no time except we are not make time for it).

Yesterday, I went to Dakgalbi in Gurney Plaza with my beloved wife. There we were served with korean style food which comprises of korean fried rice, ramen, kimchi & special marinated chicken or they called it as dakgalbi. The food was delicious and we were enjoying it so much. The server will cook in front of us and it's pretty easy to cook as they got the paste already and just mix every thing inside the pan.

Back to main topic, after I recieved the receipt, I saw there were 2 taxes but with the same words which were service tax. One service tax was 10% and another service tax was 6% and it cost me 16% of extra charge from the basic price. Nah pretty bad right? I remembered last few years, a lot of people especially youngsters did not agree with the government when they decided to implement the GST (6%). It was implemented for a while but it was stopped then replaced with SST.

Now, as a consumer, seriously I'm feeling depressing as I need to pay for 16% (SST) instead of 6% (GST) only 😡. So those who fight against GST before, do you feel the same way as I am? I hope you will regret now for against GST. Now, I don't find anyone or any group who against SST publicly same as GST before. Maybe the protestants against GST are having more money and they thought it's better to pay higher tax 😂.

Sorry, maybe from the economic perspective, I assume SST better (that's why people against GST before) , so I think I will need to read and study both pros and cons of SST and GST to make myself clearer. But as a consumer, to see 16% tax I need to pay instead of 6% only will make me feel bad, at least for now.
